I'm pretty happy that we have others to do the lifting as we brought in more than 5,600 pounds of green coffee last week. We're full to the brim.
This pleases Mike and Alec who can see their work laid out for them. Tasty stuff from Mexico, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Tanzania and Colombia.
Our new sample roaster was unfortunately damaged in shipping and returned for repairs. We have to get the installation permitted in the meanwhile.
We have more changes afoot so watch our blog, Facebook and Instagram posts. (Pssst, it involves nitrogen and we're testing it in Crystal Lake and it's really good.)
