Cupping Notes: Floral, lemon, chocolate, medium body.

Grown in the Andes Mountains in the Cajamarca region by small holding farms.  The co-op (CENFROCAFE) receives the coffee already processed and dried then hand-sorted to pick the best of this fine coffee.
