We opened Conscious Cup because we're a bit nuts about great coffee and knew the difference that freshly roasted, premium coffee makes to quality and taste. Conscious Cup acquires fine coffees from around the world and roasts in our cafe to deliver only the very freshest coffee to your table. Come on in and watch.

Single-origin coffees are profile-roasted, carefully managing  time, temperature and airflow so sugars in the coffees caramelize and nuanced flavors and aromas fully develop . The results are unique down to the farm on which each coffee is grown, like the relationship of vineyard to fine wine. Coffees are combined for our blends after each origin coffee is roasted to preserve and then balance complimenting flavors. This shows in the bag as bean colors that vary.

Our coffees are used at our cafe or arrive to you at the peak of flavor and still releasing a fine aroma in a natural process. Go ahead. See the little dot on the bag. That's a one-way valve out: Squeeze and inhale deeply.

That's natural, fresh coffee.

Also, we wanted to commit 100% to sustainable coffees, not just dabbled in this issue.  Farm communities earn more, they take care of their people and land and, in the end, our customers get higher quality coffee.
