We roast and serve only the highest quality, gourmet coffees. Coffees are roasted right in our cafe in small batches and served in our cafe or delivered to you from our on-line store at the peak of flavor.

Our drinks are individually prepared. We don't use big pots of steamed oversteamed milk but just enough freshly poured for your order. We grind espresso fresh for each order, too . Our espresso isn't pumped out of a vending machine but hand drawn so we can monitor each pull of each shot to perfection. You'll see this in the rich, lasting creama topping our espresso.
We take a few seconds longer but the taste is well worthwhile. We think the results are artful.

Hey guys! I know you are still working on the website, but I just want to make sure I suggest adding in the nutritional information. You guys are absolutely my favorite place to get coffee, but I'm also trying to lose a little weight. I'd love to be aware of how many calories I take in so I can work it into my daily intake. Thanks!
We will have nutritional information in a book at the cafe. We're working on the computer system upgrade that will help us with that so please be patient.

I like the new website
A few points:
phone number in the upper right on the masthead. 800 number would be ideal.
consistency in pages - home page looks great, but others need to follow suit with same look.
typelinks within the copy. This way you capture the readers as well as the skimmers.
typelinks to anything "below the fold" so a consumer is not required to scroll.
different color buttons on main menu bar - something complimentary like a nice blue.
I do this for two reasons: 1) it's part of my profession; 2) out of love for Conscious Cup
