As a vegan living in McHenry, there is really no places in the county that offer many vegan options so I was amazed. It tasted good too. I did my floor with scraps of laminate flooring, pieced together and I'll be recovering my countertops with ceramic tile I got from Craigslist by begging people to give it to me rather than throw it in the trash! My boyfriend drives through Crystal Lake every day for work and if there's anything I could repurpose in my cafe he'll be glad to pick it up.
